Beginning in 2026, the CPBS will move to having all new passport registrations delivered via UPS.

This change is being introduced to strengthen equine traceability. By partnering with UPS, we aim to eliminate issues and ensure that all clients receive timely, trackable updates.

What This Means for You

Once your passport is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing full delivery details, similar to the example shown below. Please add this email address to your contacts to avoid notifications filtering into your junk/spam folder. Accounts that do not have an email address will not receive notification, please contact the office to check if your email address is correct. 

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you may contact UPS directly to redirect or reschedule the delivery to a time or location that suits you.

PLEASE NOTE: The UPS delivery requires the recipient to sign for the package: it will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour etc. If the scheduled delivery time does not suit, you can rearrange delivery directly with UPS. CPBS have no involvement in this part of the process: you must deal directly with UPS.
