You may have received a notification from our office over the past few days. This mailing was in preparation for our online inspection entry via www.cpbsonline.ie.

To enter your ponies for inspection, you must set up an online account and link it to your in-house account. Our recent mailings have covered this topic, but if you get stuck—or if you haven’t received a letter or mailing—please contact our office. We have sent approximately 7,000 notifications via email and post. Some email notifications may have failed due to full or obsolete mailboxes.

To enter an animal for inspection, you will need to link your online database account to your in-house account.

If you are having trouble linking your account or did not receive your mailing, please contact the office to retrieve your Account Number and PIN.

Important Points to Note

• Each account requires a unique email address. If you have multiple accounts, you will need a separate email for each one. This includes any joint accounts you are part of.
• Inspection entry is not complete until:
  • • Any required transfer of ownership is completed.
    • The application is fully paid.
• Geldings must be recorded as "gelding" in the system.
  If the passport lists the animal as "male," please email or call the office so we can update it. This process is quick and updates immediately.
• Once you book online, you will receive an email with your inspection time slot and date. Please review the details upon receipt to ensure they are correct.

Please note: This is a new online process for completing inspection entries. While it has been thoroughly tested, as with any new system there may be some minor issues during the initial rollout. Setting Up Your CPBS Online Account

1. Visit https://cpbsonline.ie/Person/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f and click Register Now.
2. Complete the registration form and click Create Account.
3. An activation email will be sent to the address you provided—click the link in that email to activate your account.
4. Your CPBS Online account is now active.

Linking Your Online Account to Your CPBS Office Account

1. We have included your account number and pin above.
2. Log in to CPBS Online.
3. Go to the My Account tab, then select My Account from the dropdown menu.
4. Click the General tab.
5. Enter your CPBS Account Number and PIN, then click Save.

Once completed, your accounts will be linked.

Please be advised that each account is individual to the owner of the animal. You cannot enter an animal for inspections unless;

1. You are the owner of that animal or in joint ownership of the animal.
2. You intend to complete a transfer of ownership.

If you are entering an animal on behalf of a family member, you must use their account to book the inspection. Inspections without transfer of ownership will not be accepted.
