Important Notice: Protecting Our Members and Our Team

The Connemara Pony Breeders’ Society (CPBS) is dedicated to the protection and safety of its members and its staff. To maintain a professional and secure environment for all, we have updated our policy.

Our Commitment to Your Protection:

Identity Safeguarding: To ensure we are providing the correct information to the correct member, we require all callers to be identifiable. We will only discuss pony records or membership details with the verified registered owner once identity has been confirmed.
Preventing Misinformation: Anonymous calls can lead to the spread of misinformation or unauthorized access to the Studbook. Our new procedure ensures that all official communication is transparent and secure.

Our Commitment to Staff Safety:

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Our staff deserve a safe working environment. Anonymous calling is often used for unacceptable behaviour or harassment. By directing these calls to voicemail, we protect our team from unsolicited abuse and allow them to focus on processing your registrations and passports efficiently.

How to Reach the Society:

Identifiable Lines: Please call from a line that displays your number .

Voicemails: If you must use a private number, please leave your name and membership details. Our team will verify your records and return your call as soon as possible.

Online Services: For secure, 24/7 access to your records, please use the CPBS Online Database - https://cpbsonline.ie/Default.aspx
